SIC4Change is a Social Innovation Cluster aiming to transform the way social problems are addressed and resolved. We understand social innovation as a constant pursuit of disruptive solutions to persistent social problems; solutions that are replicable and scalable; sustainable solutions that ultimately allow for greater social, economic, and environmental impact, starting with the citizens for the definition and implementation of these solutions.
