Aaron Epps

Aaron Epps is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in development, marketing, and education. Currently serving as the Director of Development and Director of Marketing and Communications at Sicangu Co since September 2019, Aaron successfully rebuilt an unstaffed Marketing and Communications department, implemented processes for timely communication, and led team growth and empowerment. Prior roles include Project Lead for the Wolakota Buffalo Range, where Aaron created a business plan and developed a digital marketing strategy, and Policy and Advocacy Summer Fellow with Leadership for Educational Equity, where Aaron authored business plans and workforce reports for the Rosebud Reservation. Additionally, Aaron has experience as a High School STEM Teacher at Saint Francis Indian School and as a 2017 South Dakota Corps Member with Teach For America. Aaron holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics and Statistics from Grinnell College.
