Brian McCrindle

Brian McCrindle has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Brian is currently the Chief Operating Officer & Chief Financial Officer at SICCAR, a position they have held since November 2022. Prior to this, they were a Board Trustee at the David Livingstone Birthplace starting from January 2021. In 2020, they co-founded StriverCommunity and also served as a Business Consultant at Ping Identity from November 2020 to May 2021. Brian has also held roles as a Co-Founder & Non-Executive Director at sell my art since August 2019 and as a Board Trustee at The Chartered Banker Institute from June 2015 to November 2020. At The Chartered Banker Institute, they also served as the Chair of Audit & Risk Committee from September 2019 to August 2020. Brian was the Chief Operating Officer at Symphonic Software (now part of Ping Identity) from April 2019 to October 2020. Brian was a Non-Executive Director at Quorum Cyber in 2020. Earlier in their career, Brian held a Board Member position at ICAS - The Professional Body of CAs from August 2014 to August 2020. Brian also worked at NatWest in different capacities, including as the Director of Homebuying & Ownership Customer Segment and Head of Finance for Personal & Business Banking.

Brian's education history includes the following: they obtained a Chartered Accountant (CA) degree from ICAS- The Professional Body of CAs. Brian also achieved the Fellow & Chartered Banker (FCBI) designation from The Chartered Banker Institute. Brian has also completed the RBS Executive Programme from Harvard Business School Executive Education.
