Andreas Eppinger

Andreas Eppinger has extensive experience in financial management and project leadership across various industries. Currently serving as Projektleiter M&A Carve-Out at SICK since June 2018, Andreas oversees the carve-out of the Cleaner Industry business unit. Prior to this role, Andreas held the position of Leiter Finanzen und Verwaltung at Hydro Extrusion Offenburg GmbH, managing financial and administrative operations, including financial accounting and quarterly closings. Experience at Mercedes-Benz AG as Lead Controller included leadership of cost management for electric and fuel cell drives, risk management, and project controlling. Earlier roles at EnBW involved managing and integrating subsidiaries within the organization. Andreas Eppinger holds a Diplom in Economic Sciences from the University of Hohenheim, completed in 2010.
