Connie Liu

Connie Liu has extensive experience in human resources and administration, currently serving as HR & Admin Manager at SICK since December 2010, focusing on HR system operations, compensation and benefits management, labor legal compliance, and employee relationship coordination. Prior to this role, Connie worked as Deputy HR Manager- C&B at Foshan Kohler Ltd. from March 2008 to December 2010, where responsibilities included job evaluation, compensation structuring, legal compliance management, and performance management systems. Earlier experience also includes roles at BP Foshan LPG Ltd. and Foshan Kohler Limited, where Connie developed HR plans, managed budgeting processes, facilitated training, and ensured efficient people management. Academic qualifications include a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree from the University of Portsmouth, as well as an Associate’s degree from the University of Foshan.
