Denis Soder

Denis Soder is a seasoned professional in production engineering and lean management with extensive experience in process optimization and industrialization. Currently serving as a Production Engineer at SICK since July 2023, Denis focuses on process industrialization and electrical testing technologies, while also acting as a KVP coach. Prior to this role, Denis worked at SIKO-global from May 2016 to July 2023, where responsibilities included leading lean production engineering teams and managing the planning and implementation of a new plant in Bad Krozingen. Earlier experiences at Framo Morat, Inc. and Endress+Hauser Gruppe provided foundational skills in production logistics and planning. Denis holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Offenburg University of Applied Sciences and has completed various certifications in neurolinguistic programming, lean logistics, and other related fields.
