Ines Läufer

Ines Läufer is an experienced marketing professional with a robust background in strategic organizational development and global marketing initiatives. Currently serving as the Head of Marketing Excellence and Senior Project Manager at SICK since December 2013, Ines manages projects aimed at enhancing competence development, innovation transfer, and collaboration within the global Sales, Product Management, and Marketing organization. Prior to this role, Ines was a Marketing Manager at atelier schneeweiss GmbH, where responsibilities included establishing an advertising agency focused on various industries and overseeing a wide range of marketing functions. Ines also has experience as a Marketing Specialist at SICK AG, where Ines contributed to the creation of a new marketing and product management department for fluid sensors.
