Jackie Engstrom, SHRM-CP, serves as the Sr. Supervisor of Talent Acquisition at SICK Sensor Intelligence since July 2017, overseeing the Talent Acquisition team and partnering with the HR Director to enhance strategies and candidate experiences. Previous roles include Talent Program Manager, HR Generalist in Talent Acquisition, and Recruiter at SICK, focusing on comprehensive talent initiatives including internships and recruitment programs. Prior to SICK, Jackie held a position as a Contract Recruiter at Modis and worked in inside sales at Emkat. Jackie began professional development through an internship at The CW/ DC50 TV (Tribune) in 2013. Jackie holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communications from St. Cloud State University.
