Jeri X. serves as the Senior Director of HR APAC at SICK Sensor Intelligence, a position held since April 2018, where responsibilities include developing and leading a dynamic HR team to support the Sales & Services Cluster Asia Pacific and the Regional Product Center Asia. Previous experience includes roles as Head of Shared Services in Southeast Asia and HR Business Partner at Endorsed by Ministry of Manpower (MOM) Singapore, along with training employment agents as a Certificate of Employment Intermediaries Trainer. Jeri has also held significant HR leadership positions across various organizations, including Deputy Group HR Manager at Lead Management Engineering & Construction and HR Business Partner at ST Kinetics. Educational qualifications feature a double master’s degree in MBA and MHRM from Murdoch University, alongside a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Curtin and numerous certifications in coaching and human resource development.
