Mark Donaghue

Mark Donaghue is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in developing and maintaining software solutions. Currently employed at SICK Sensor Intelligence since January 2018, Mark focuses on the SICK Package Analytics product using Java and SpringBoot. Prior to this role, Mark worked as a freelance software engineer and senior engineer at NuVal LLC, where responsibilities included providing technical support and enhancing software systems built with Java and AWS. Mark’s career also includes significant contributions as an app developer and owner at KanjiSoft Systems, where Mark created educational applications for Japanese language learners, and as a senior software engineer at mZeal Communications. Earlier positions at SunGard, HARCOURT PUBLISHING, and Thomson Financial involved enhancing financial systems and distributed databases. Mark holds a B.A. in Accounting from Northeastern University and a Master’s degree in Information Technology from Harvard University.
