Matt Jaeger

Matt Jaeger, CPHR, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the HR Manager for Business Partnerships at SICK North America, where leadership is provided to a team of HR Business Partners to enhance the organization's strategic, operational, and tactical HR functions for nearly 1,000 employees. Matt is also a management team member responsible for Human Resources in SICK Canada, contributing to daily operations and strategic planning while focusing on P&L growth. Previous roles include Senior Human Resources Business Partner and Human Resources Business Partner at SICK Canada, as well as Human Resources Manager at dicentra and Store Sales and HR Manager at Denver Mattress Co. Matt holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management, summa cum laude, from Trinity University and a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from the University of Colorado.
