Nicholas Lee is an accomplished engineering manager with extensive experience in product development and design. Currently serving at SICK Sensor Intelligence since November 2022, Nicholas previously held the position of Product Development Specialist at 3M from December 2017 to October 2022, where responsibilities included creating innovative consumer health products and leading technology initiatives. Prior to 3M, Nicholas was a Principal Engineer and Business Partner at BlueSky Designs from June 2005 to November 2017, contributing to the growth of a successful $1 million business and co-inventing notable wheelchair mounting systems. Nicholas began the career as a Mechanical Engineer Co-Op at Visteon Corporation in early 2004 and holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Minnesota, along with education from Taylor's College.
