Olaf Risse

Olaf Risse is an experienced IT professional with a robust background in project and infrastructure management spanning several decades. Currently serving as an IT Project Manager at SICK since May 2011, Olaf has also held significant leadership roles, including Manager IT Infrastructure Services, managing a diverse team of 40-50 colleagues across various infrastructure disciplines. Prior experience includes IT management positions at Haufe-Lexware, Compaq Computer GmbH, and Digital Equipment Corporation, where responsibilities encompassed IT backend management, system/network management, and the development of standardized PC platforms. Olaf Risse holds a Diplom in Geology from the Technical University of Munich, completed in 1987.
