Roxanne Tan

Roxanne Tan currently serves as the Assistant Manager of People Development and People Business Partner at SICK Sensor Intelligence, a role assumed since July 2018. Prior titles held at SICK include Team Lead for Engagement & People Development in Southeast Asia, Senior Executive in Human Resources, and Human Resources Executive. Prior to SICK, Roxanne was employed at Sony Electronics from 2015 to 2018 as an Assistant Executive in Compensation & Benefits. Roxanne Tan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resources with Organisational Psychology from Edinburgh Napier University, attained between February 2021 and March 2022.
