Simon Weigold

Simon Weigold has extensive experience in the engineering and technology sectors, currently serving as a Specialist and Head of CAx Services at SICK since July 2005. Responsibilities include the administration of MCAD systems such as SolidWorks and Creo Direct/Modeling, as well as ECAD systems like Xpedition and Eplan. Simon Weigold also specializes in developing interfaces for PDM and production systems and consulting on development processes. Prior work at EHT GmbH from February 1990 to June 2005 involved developing systems and modules for bending machines and administering MCAD and PPS systems. Simon Weigold holds a Diplom-Ingenieur degree in Mechanical Engineering from Berufsakademie Lörrach, earned from 1985 to 1988.
