Stephanie Stanton

Stephanie Stanton, GPHR, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Director of Human Resources at SICK Sensor Intelligence, where responsibilities include leading HR functions such as HR business partners, talent acquisition, total rewards, compliance, and global mobility. With a diverse HR career, previous roles at SICK included HR Manager and Human Resources Business Partner, focusing on strategic alignment, recruitment, and employee relations. Stephanie has also held a Human Resources Generalist position at Saint Mary's University of Minnesota and contributed to account management at Moffat Workforce. Educational qualifications include an MBA Essentials Certificate from UMN Carlson School of Management, a B.A. in Communication Studies from Hamline University, and an Associate of Arts from Normandale Community College.
