Steven Poon has over 25 years of experience in technical support and engineering roles. They started their career as a Technical Officer at Thomson Multimedia from 1996 to 2006, then worked as a Technical Service Engineer at SICK AG from 2006 to 2016. Currently, Steven serves as an Application Engineer in the Expert Technical Office at SICK AG and as a Technical Support Engineer at Turck Australia Pty Ltd.
