Kellen Neto

Kellen Neto is a dedicated HR professional with extensive experience in human resources management and organizational behavior. They began their career as an HR Analyst at Bancoob and later served as HR Coordinator at both Cabal Brasil and Sicoob Confederação, where they managed various HR subsystems, including talent acquisition and employee development. Kellen holds a degree in Psychology from Centro Universitário Luterano de Palmas and has completed an Executive MBA in Human Development and Positive Psychology from IPOG Brasília, among other certifications.
