SICOS BW GmbH, based in Stuttgart, was founded in the summer of 2011 by the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) and the University of Stuttgart in order to facilitate the access to simulation and high-performance computing as well as big and smart data topics, especially for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).
Thanks to strong shareholders and the related Steinbuch Centre for Computing (SCC) as well as the High Performance Computing Centre Stuttgart (HLRS) we offer highest expertise and resources for high-performance simulation and data analysis. 
In cooperation with a statewide network, we are part of a powerful and targeted competence network in Baden-Württemberg - with members from research and industry. 
SICOS BW is financially supported by the Ministry of Science, Research and Arts Baden-Württemberg. This makes it possible to support you neutrally and free of charge - across all industries. In the fields of automotive, energy, media and smart data, we work with specialised solution centres.
