Birungi Patrick is an experienced operations supervisor currently working at SICPA since July 2021. From October 2012 to November 2023, Birungi held the position of site supervisor at Global Fluids International GFI (U) Ltd, overseeing fuel inspection and marking processes appointed by the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Development of the Republic of Uganda.
