Frédéric Rebours is an experienced technology professional with extensive expertise in software development and solutions architecture, particularly in the field of digital currencies and payment platforms. Currently serving as a CBDC Solutions Architect at SICPA since February 2022, Frédéric focuses on innovative architecture design for Retail and Wholesale CBDC, complemented by a background as a Technical Program Manager at Diem Association, where management of blockchain governance and critical infrastructure projects took place. Previous roles include senior positions at PayPal, Zong, and ELCA Informatique SA, with notable achievements such as leading engineering teams, enhancing platform services, and successfully implementing cutting-edge technologies. Frédéric holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from EPSI and has consistently driven efficiency and effectiveness in team dynamics throughout a diverse career spanning over two decades.
