John Mahambo

John Mahambo is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in accounting and auditing. Currently serving as a Senior Financial Accountant at SICPA since February 2023, John previously held the position of Audit Manager at RSK Tanzania, where responsibilities included planning audit strategies and mentoring audit teams. Prior to this, John spent nearly six years at Deloitte, progressing from Audit Associate to Audit Senior, honing skills in developing audit plans, supervising staff, and managing multiple engagements. John holds a Master’s degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Dar es Salaam, expected in July 2024, and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering and Information Technology from the same institution.
