Daniele Schmidt

Daniele Schmidt serves as the Executive Director of People and Culture at Sicredi, where responsibilities have evolved since September 2019, including various leadership roles focused on organizational development and cultural transformation. Previously, Daniele held significant HR positions at CMPC Brasil, Zenvia Mobile, Madal Palfinger S/A, Grupo RBS, and Lojas Renner, demonstrating expertise in performance management, talent development, and cultural initiatives. In addition to corporate roles, Daniele has contributed to academia as a professor of MBA courses in people management, mentoring, and coaching at institutions including UniRitter, FSG, and FGV. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Business Management and a specialization in Human Capital Management.
