Rossana Bitello

Rossana Bitello serves as the Gerente de Desenvolvimento, Carreira e Sucessão at Sicredi since August 2013, leading the development and implementation of an innovative Learning Ecosystem that promotes a vibrant culture of continuous and scalable learning for over 43,000 employees. Prior roles include Coordenadora de Gestão de Pessoas, where Rossana oversaw talent acquisition strategies and employee engagement initiatives, and various positions encompassing the development of corporate education and performance management. Previous experience at Grupo RBS involved re-implanting e-learning platforms, and an internship at TDK focused on training needs assessment.
