Claudia Cisero

Claudia Cisero has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Claudia started their career at Blossoms as a Florist/Assistant Manager in 1997 and later worked at Enterprise Networking Systems as an Administrative Assistant/Receptionist from 1998 to 1999. Claudia then joined NEC as a Network Support Services Administrator in 1999. In 2000, Claudia began working at IDEO, where they held multiple positions, including Executive Assistant to VP of Business Development and Marketing Coordinator. Claudia also worked as a Project Administrator, Graphic Production Assistant, and Senior Project Coordinator. In 2004, they briefly served as a Studio Admin/Experience Manager. Claudia joined Bonfire Communications in 2009 as an Executive Assistant & Office Manager and moved to NBBJ in 2010 as a Studio Admin & Graphic Production. Claudia then worked at Hornall Anderson, where they held various roles such as Presentation Designer, Marketing and Communications Manager, and Communications Director. Currently, Claudia is working at Sid Lee as the Director of US Marketing Communications and has been promoted to the position of Director of Global Marketing Communications in 2021.

Claudia Cisero obtained a Certificate in Storytelling and Content Strategy from UW Professional & Continuing Education in 2020.
