Matt Harshbarger

Matt Harshbarger, MBA, SHRM-CP, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and talent management. Currently serving as the Director of Talent and Culture at Sid Lee, Matt has held senior roles at Sweet Flower, including Senior Human Resources Consultant and Senior Human Resources Manager. Previous positions include USA People and Talent Manager at Lovisa Pty Ltd, Operations Manager at Forever 21, and a role in Human Resources at TPx Communications. Matt holds a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Global Business from the University of Redlands and a Bachelor's Degree in History from California State University, Los Angeles.
