Romane Grignon

Romane Grignon is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in internal communications, culture development, and event management. Currently serving as Advisor for Culture, Internal Communications & Events at Sid Lee since October 2021, Romane oversees the North American Culture calendar, strategic bilingual communication, and financial management, while leading the Culture Committee and contributing to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives. Prior roles include Account Coordinator at Sid Lee, where Romane developed campaigns for notable clients, and Account/Project Manager at Geometry, managing multiple high-profile accounts. Additional experience includes roles as International Coordinator at Evergreen Land, Head of Marketing Communication at APVSA and MAMIE'S, and Junior Project Manager positions at Novembre and Lorweb Group. Romane holds dual MBAs in Marketing and Communication from ISEGCOM and Baruch College.
