Vicky Jourian

Vicky Jourian has extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Vicky is currently working at Sid Lee as the Director of Global Talent Acquisition since June 2022. Prior to this role, they were a Manager of Global Talent Acquisition at the same company from August 2019 to May 2022. Before joining Sid Lee, Vicky worked at BOMBARDIER from August 2010 to July 2019, where they held various positions including Leader of Talent Acquisition and Senior Advisor of Talent Acquisition. Additionally, they worked at Aon as a Senior Recruitment Specialist for Air Canada from February 2008 to September 2010 and at Girafe Santé, Placement Agency as a Team Leader of the Placement Team from October 2005 to February 2008. Vicky also had a brief role as a Senior Advisor of Talent Acquisition at CIMA+ in 2014.

Vicky Jourian holds a B.Sc. with Distinction in Psychology from Concordia University, completed in 2001. Prior to that, they obtained a D.E.C. in Health Sciences from Marianopolis College in 1992.
