Patrick Soucy

Patrick Soucy has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Patrick started their career at Not Your Average Joe's as an Executive Chef, where they successfully managed a high-volume kitchen and increased restaurant revenue. During their time there, they also opened multiple new locations and trained teams on profitability and sales objectives.

Patrick later joined Michaels Harborside as an Executive Chef, where they further honed their culinary skills before transitioning to The District Restaurant Group. At The District Restaurant Group, Patrick served as an Executive Chef Consultant, Event Manager, and Marketing professional. Patrick played a key role in menu creation and execution, managed daily operations, and directed off-site events for up to 350 people.

In 2012, Patrick joined Ceia Kitchen + Bar as an Executive Chef, where they were hired to recreate the authentic flavors of coastal Spain, Italy, France, and Portugal using seasonal New England ingredients. Under their leadership, the restaurant became one of the most awarded in the North Shore.

Currently, Patrick works as the Director of Sales New England at Sid Wainer & Son, a position they took on in 2021. Prior to this, they served as the Boston Territory Account Manager at the same company. In January 2023, they will transition to the role of Director of Business Development.

Throughout their career, Patrick has demonstrated strong culinary skills, leadership abilities, and a knack for driving revenue growth. Patrick is experienced in menu creation, operations management, and event planning.

Patrick Soucy attended Whittier Regional Vocational Technical School from 1994 to 1998. Patrick obtained a degree in Culinary Arts, with a focus on Marketing and Culinary Arts.
