Ebba Aurell is currently the Enhetschef at FBA (Folke Bernadotteakademin) since 2025 and has previously held significant roles at various organizations, including Sida as Enhetschef verksamhetsstyrning and as a Förändringsledare for agile team development. From 2017 to 2020, Ebba served as a Seconded National Expert/Policy Officer at the European Commission, focusing on Sustainable Value Chains and supporting micro and small entrepreneurs. Ebba also held the position of First Secretary at the Embassy of Sweden in Ukraine from 2012 to 2014. Ebba holds a Master of Science in Agriculture from SLU and a Master's degree in Development Studies from the University of KwaZulu-Natal.
