Moa Chenon

Moa Chenon is a programme manager and monitoring and evaluation (M&E) specialist with extensive experience in utilization-focused evaluation and monitoring within humanitarian and development contexts. They have held key roles at organizations such as the International Federation of the Red Cross, where they managed capacity development projects in Bangladesh, and the Swedish Red Cross, where they provided strategic advice in results-based management. Moa's expertise spans conflict sensitivity, gender equality, and programmatic support across regions including Latin America and East Africa. They have earned master's degrees in Evaluation of Programmes and Public Policies from Universidad Complutense de Madrid and in Political Science from Stockholm University. Currently, Moa serves as a Programme Manager Specialist at Sida, managing international development interventions.
