Petra Burcher is currently the Enhetschef for Västra Balkan och Turkiet at Sida. Previously, they held various roles at Sida from 2004 to 2010, including Samordnare in the Planning Secretariat and Biträdande avdelningschef in the Department for Partnerships and Innovation, where they coordinated internal development processes and advised department leadership. They are also a Biståndsråd at the Swedish Embassy from 2018 to 2024. Petra is pursuing a degree in Political Science at Stockholms universitet.
