Roman Ilto

Roman Ilto is an accomplished professional in corporate communications, government relations, and sustainability. They served as Executive Vice President for Social and Sustainability at Ukrnafta from 2016 to 2018, where they managed health, safety, and corporate social responsibility functions while supporting the Ukrainian Armed Forces. Roman has held various leadership roles across respected organizations, including BAT, the World Bank Group, and ArcelorMittal, demonstrating expertise in communications strategy, project management, and community development. Currently, Roman is the National Program Coordinator at Sida, focusing on energy resilience and policy reform in Ukraine. Roman earned a degree from Harvard University's Kennedy School of Government.
