Sofia Norlin is a seasoned senior programme specialist with extensive experience in global health and development. At Sida since 2014, they have held roles including Senior Programme Specialist with a focus on health systems and antibiotic resistance, as well as Regional Health Advisor for embassies in Sub-Saharan Africa. Previously, they served as a Senior Health Advisor at Regeringskansliet and were part of the Swedish/Norwegian regional HIV/AIDS team. Sofia has also gained experience as a Programme Manager for health and humanitarian support at the Swedish Embassy in Kinshasa. They pursued studies in political economy at both Université Panthéon Sorbonne and Uppsala University.
