Mona Chanal is currently an Account Partner at Side, having previously served as a Customer Care Specialist at Indy and as a Client Relations Manager at APRIL. They began their career in customer service at BNP Paribas from 2011 to 2014. Mona holds a graduate degree in Web Frontend Development from Studi, and previously earned a BTS in Client Relations Negotiation and a Baccalauréat in Economics.
