Didier Baquier

Didier Baquier has extensive work experience in the software engineering field. Didier most recently served as the Senior Director of Engineering at Side since October 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Director of Engineering at Side from May 2020 to October 2022. Before joining Side, they worked as a Code Reviewer at PullRequest from September 2019 to December 2020, providing expert feedback on various programming languages and repositories. Didier also served as the CTO and Lead Software Engineer at OneUp.com from March 2013 to May 2020, where they successfully managed integration projects and led compliance and security efforts. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Backend Consultant at CGI in 2012, training developers and ensuring code quality, and as a Software Engineer at Proxi-Business from 2010 to 2011, leading a team in designing a web application.

Didier Baquier holds a Master of Engineering - MEng degree in Computer Science and Networks from the National Polytechnic Institute of Grenoble, which they obtained from 2009 to 2012. Didier also obtained a Master of Business Administration - MBA degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Grenoble IAE between 2011 and 2013. Additionally, they acquired an Engineer's degree in Computer Science from the University Institutes of Technology of Montpellier from 2007 to 2009.
