Greg Rusconi

Greg Rusconi is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and project management, currently serving as Lead, Launch Management at Side since September 2019. In this role, Greg has successfully led a team of six Launch Managers, overseeing over 10 projects at a time and generating more than $8 million in annual revenue. Key achievements include reducing project timelines and enhancing client relations through effective cross-functional collaboration.
