Kylie James

Kylie James has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Kylie is currently serving as the Director of Partner Success at Side, where they ensure the success of partners in building a real estate business. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of Customer Care, leading technical implementation and support teams at Side.

Before joining Side, Kylie was the Director of Customer Onboarding and Creative Operations at the same company. In this role, they led teams responsible for launching brands on the platform and facilitating agent onboarding and license transfers.

Before Side, Kylie worked at Upwork as the lead for Talent Success and Community. In this role, they developed customer success programs that integrated with the product experience and supported independent professionals on the platform.

Prior to their career at Upwork, Kylie served as a Stay-at-Home Parent from 2018 to 2019.

Kylie's earlier experience includes roles at ZeroChaos, where they held positions such as Regional Vice President, Regional Director, Program Manager, and Resource Manager. In these roles, they gained expertise in change management, workforce policies, and operations for managing contingent workers and vendors. Kylie also oversaw multiple accounts and managed global teams in these positions.

Kylie James obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Arizona, completing their education from 2008 to 2011.
