Lesley Y. Kim

Lesley Y. Kim is currently the Senior Legal Counsel at Side, managing all intellectual property, data privacy, marketing, and regulatory compliance matters for the real estate brokerage and technology company. Prior to this, Lesley has experience as a Corporate Trademark Counsel at Knobbe Martens, an IP Attorney at the same company, a law clerk at the Legal Aid Foundation of Los Angeles, and a student practitioner at the USPTO UCLA Trademark Clinic. Lesley also has intern experience at Davis Elen Advertising, Universal Pictures, and Sony Pictures Entertainment. Lesley holds a J.D. from the University of California, Los Angeles - School of Law and a BS in Business Administration with a minor in Advertising from the University of Southern California.
