Katherine May is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in digital service operations and leadership within GE Healthcare, where roles have included Senior Director for Digital Service Operations and various director-level positions focusing on quality, workforce deployment, and service strategy. Currently serving as a Founding Member of Sidebar, a leadership program aimed at accelerating careers, Katherine has led initiatives that drive customer experience and operational efficiency, including a Lean Install strategy for Magnetic Resonance products and the development of predictive service offerings.
