Kelly O'Connell

Kelly O'Connell is a seasoned product leadership professional with significant experience at ActiveCampaign, where innovative roles include Chief Product Officer, Senior Vice President of Product, and VP of Product Strategy among others. In these capacities, Kelly has driven product-led growth initiatives, managed multi-product expansions, and achieved high roadmap commitment rates while fostering employee engagement and enhancing organizational structure. Prior to ActiveCampaign, Kelly held various roles at Hallmark Data Systems, where responsibilities included product ownership and consultative support, and has contributed to editorial and sales efforts in earlier positions. Additionally, Kelly is an active member of Sidebar and has participated as a Growth Fellow at Susquehanna Growth Equity and as a Founding 500 Member of the Product Marketing Alliance. Kelly holds a BA in Literature from Arizona State University and has completed studies at Brigham Young University.
