Benjamin Nguyen

Benjamin Nguyen, MD, currently serves as Principal Product Manager at Transcarent, where responsibilities include leading the WayFinding and AI Platform teams to develop an agentic LLM benefits navigation platform. Previously at Transcarent, Benjamin founded the AI Platform and Wayfinding teams and played a crucial role in the technical product diligence for the $100M acquisition of 98point6, subsequently overseeing the integration of its products into Transcarent's Virtual Care Platform. Alongside product management roles at Ferrum Health and GIBLIB, Benjamin has contributed as a Guest Lecturer at the University of Southern California, teaching AI fundamentals, and holds multiple degrees, including a Doctor of Medicine from Keck School of Medicine and a Graduate Certificate in Health Technology and Engineering from USC Viterbi School of Engineering.
