Charles Pensig is a seasoned data science and analytics professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles in both startups and established firms. As a Founding Partner at Stratus Data since March 2018, Charles focuses on leveraging analytics and AI for mid-market organizations. In addition, Charles serves as a Data Science Advisor at Sidebench, providing expertise in product strategy and engineering, and at Northern Rock, where engagement involves enhancing business growth through data-driven insights. Previous roles include Director of Data Science at Oak Labs, Inc. and Senior Data Scientist at Optimizely, where foundational contributions were made to high-growth companies. Charles began a career in academia as an Assistant Director of Research at The Wharton School and has a strong educational background with degrees from The Wharton School and the University of Pennsylvania.
