Prior experience includes a role as Interim Chief Information Officer at Hologic, Inc., where Roberts was requested to extend tenure to facilitate the onboarding of a new CIO, and positions as Vice President of Information Services and CISO at Cytyc Corporation. Earlier in their career, Roberts held the position of IS Manager for Polaroid's Battery Division. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Engineering Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, both obtained from Northeastern University.
