Jerod Brennen

Jerod Brennen is an experienced cybersecurity professional with a diverse background in advisory roles and education. Currently serving as a vCISO at SideChannel since February 2022, Jerod provides expert consulting on digital asset protection. As an online instructor for LinkedIn Learning since September 2018, Jerod develops and delivers information security courses globally. Jerod founded Brennen Consulting in January 2019 and has held various advisory positions, including cybersecurity strategy roles at SafeGuard Cyber and SailPoint, focusing on compliance and identity governance. With a strong educational involvement, Jerod was an associate director at The Ohio State University, managing security analysts and lecturing on information security topics.
