Ramsey Williams serves as the Chief Information Security Officer at the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission since February 2018, overseeing the protection of digital assets for essential public services in water and power. In addition, Ramsey Williams is a Principal Consultant at SideChannel, providing CISO advisory services to organizations. Prior experience includes serving as CISO for GE Power Services, managing cybersecurity for GE Digital's operational software, as well as roles in cybersecurity and IT risk management at Pacific Gas and Electric Company and Sempra Energy. Ramsey Williams holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from the University of Arizona and graduated from La Jolla High School.
