Phil Dias is a Managing Partner and Co-Founder of Silver Peak Associates, where they focus on providing business strategy advisory services and operational best practices to growth-phase fintech companies. With a background as a former CEO and over 20 years of management, sales, and operational experience in the financial sector, Phil has co-founded several technology startups, including Tier1 Financial Solutions. Currently, Phil serves as a Board Observer at InvestDEFY Technologies and Alessa, as well as a Business Strategy and Operations Advisor at Kooltra and a Member of the Board of Advisors for SideDrawer™ Inc.
