Yanira Borges

Yanira Borges has over 16 years of professional experience. In 2005, they began their career as an Account Manager and Office Manager at State Farm. From 2009 to 2011, they were a Business Development Manager at BCBGMAXAZRIAGROUP. In 2011, they Co-Founded and served as the COO of Anita Mallory Designs, LLC, where they managed the commercial launch of a new direct selling company and led international product sourcing. In 2017, they Co-Founded SideKick Tools, Inc. as a Systems Manager, where they led the development team to launch using agile software development methodologies and surfaced new revenue opportunities. In 2020, they founded Yanira Dares Collective as a Community Director, where they held space for women to gather and grow. Currently, they are a Systems Manager at StartOut.
