Steph Drilon

Steph Drilon is currently the Head of Central Operations and Head of Community Operations at Sidekicker, where they lead a team of operational experts and customer support agents across multiple cities. Prior to Sidekicker, they worked as a Senior Operations Manager at SEEK-backed Sidekicker. With a background in consulting at Black Sun, Context Group, and KPMG Australia, Steph has experience in strategic communications, sustainability strategy, and improving organizational performance. They hold a Master of Sustainability, Business from Monash University and a Bachelor of Commerce and Arts from the University of Canberra.
