Torben Jess

Torben Jess is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management and strategy across various industries. Currently serving as the General Manager for Hospitality, Events, Mobility, Retail, and Industrial at Sidekicker since November 2022, Torben also held the position of Head of Customer. Prior to this, Torben was the Head of Business Operations and Strategy at Deliveroo from October 2019 to November 2022. Torben’s career began at The Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where a role as Consultant was undertaken from March 2016 to October 2019. Educationally, Torben holds a PhD in Engineering from the University of Cambridge, a Master of Science in Computer Science from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Engineering from the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology.
